Things to remember when you are having a bad day:

1. You have a purpose: You just have to find it.

2. You have people who love you even when they might not show it all the time.

3. You do have things your passionate about.

4. You really are one of a kind. There is not a single person out there that is exactly like you.

5. You are not a burden. A burden is a situation, not a person.

6. Your size doesn't matter. You should love yourself for who you are. If others can't love you for the meat on your bones, or the lack of, they aren't worth your time.

7. They don't know your story, so don't allow others to judge

8. Know your worth. Nobody decides that but you.

9. Sleep on it- don't overwhelm yourself.

10. Take care of you, and LOVE YOU.
